Anton followed a patisserie and chocolate education in Aalst. Which was then perfected by undergoing an apprenticeship with the best chocolatier in the country, who refined his taste down to the smallest detail.
He mainly strives for minimalism and innovation, so you will not find extreme or heavy flavor combinations, crazy frills or fussy decorations. His vision revolves around the purity of the ingredients, refined flavors and textures, making each creation a delight for all your senses.
Anton won the Callebaut Chocolate Hero prize in 2017 and was invited to Tomorrowland together with the 9 other finalists.
In 2019 & 2020 he was awarded a place in the Gault&Millau for the best chocolatiers in Belgium and Luxembourg
